Before you start
Development User profile.
Steps
- Register the development, its blocks and, if there are any, its lots in Data.
- Define the home types in Data › Prototypes and the extras in Data › Variants.
- Create each property with Area, Price, project and budget, and set it to Available.
- Create the Price List with the number of installments and the down payment.
- Record the sale in Sale › Sales, generate the installments and collect them.
- Move the installments to the cash flow and calculate the cost and profit of each property with Update.
Site note
On the budget's Development tab you choose the properties its cost is split across.
