BIM Certification profile.

Steps
- Only Concepts: limits the load to the items you choose. Quant puts that quantity by default in CurQty. Cert. All loads CurQty equal to the budgeted amount.
- Other tab: Same Stage allows a second certification in a stage that already has one; Type Calc chooses to certify by Quantity or Percent; Certification Template loads only the items of another certification; (%) >= 100 unticked hides items already certified at 100%.
- Type Invoice (Other tab): Sale generates a customer invoice; Purchase, a vendor bill to the project's Contractor. Certification Type: Current Stage (the normal one) or Manual.
- Adjustment (at the bottom, next to the total): amount added to or subtracted from the Balance Certif.
- In Validated, Load Consume proposes on each item the % according to its executed cost. Pasar Cargado (from Validated) and Pasar Validado (from Certified) go back one step; Pasar Validado first subtracts what had been certified.
- Progress tab: click the refresh button to compare planned %, executed % and deviation (previous, period and cumulative).
Without Same Stage, certifying a stage that already has another certification gives "A certification already exists for this stage".
If the budget has Block certification (Blockade tab), it does not let you validate when the cumulative amount exceeds the Amount Block.
With Type Invoice Purchase the project must have a Contractor; otherwise, when invoicing "You must specify a contractor on the project before creating a vendor bill." appears.
With Load Timesheet on (Other tab, on by default), if an item has approved timesheets not yet certified, when loading its CurQty is filled in with those hours. Turn it off before Load if you do not want it.
With Close Stage With Certification on in the BIM settings, the stage is approved automatically when certified.
In General Config, the key auto_etapa with value 1 lets you enter New Date Start and New Date Stop: when loading, the stage is created and the other current ones become approved.
