How do I change the type or status of several budgets at once?

Steps

  1. Go to Home › Projects › Budgets (list view) and check the budgets.
  2. Open Actions and choose Massive Budget Modification.
  3. Check Change Budget Type and choose the New Budget Type: Budget, Certification, Execution or Programming.
  4. Check Change Budget State and choose the New Budget State.
  5. Check Calculate Budget to recalculate (UPD) all the selected budgets.
  6. Click Apply Changes.
Warning

Change Budget Type is checked by default: uncheck it if you only want to change the status or recalculate.
