Budgets

How do I view the items of all my budgets in a list?Table view with filters and totals, useful for searching and comparing items across projects.

How do I view the items of all my budgets in a list?

Steps

  1. Go to Home › Projects › Concepts. By default, the Items filter shows only items.
  2. Search by code, name, type or parent; remove the filter to also see chapters and resources.
  3. Group by Budget, Parent or Type to see subtotals.
  4. Show more columns (dates, phase, specialty, hours...) with the optional columns selector.
  5. Open any line to edit the item.
Site note

The budget's Items button opens this same list filtered by that budget.

From here you can check items and use Actions › Copy (M).
