Steps

1. Enter: open the concept.
2. N: add child. Shift + N: add at the same level.
3. Del: delete.
4. Ctrl + C / X / V: copy, cut and paste.
5. Alt + ↑ / ↓: move up or down.
6. R: update the concept. U: update the budget.
7. E / Shift + E: expand or collapse all.
